NO GAP Offer
1. Our “NO GAP” policy applies when your Private Health Insurance covers the full benefit for your general and preventative dental treatment. Under this policy, we will not charge you the “gap” amount, which refers to the difference between the cost of your treatment and the insurance rebate received.
2. The “NO GAP” treatments covered by this policy include:
– Check-ups/consultations
– Scale and cleans
– Fluoride treatments
– X-rays
3. To be eligible for our “NO GAP” Policy, patients must meet the following conditions on the day of treatment:
– Possess active dental coverage on the day of treatment.
– Present a valid and current health fund card.*
– Not exceed the benefit limit set by their insurance provider for the current period, ensuring a full benefit is received for each treatment item.**

5. Certain restrictions may apply, including:
– Reaching the health fund limit. In such cases, the claim will indicate “limit reached.”
– Being overdue on health fund premium payments.
– Ineligibility for a benefit amount on a particular item.
6. If any of the aforementioned conditions are not met, the patient will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment on the day of their appointment.
7. It is the responsibility of the patient (or their legal guardian, in the case of a minor) to promptly inform the dental surgery about any changes to their personal details or medical health. In specific cases where additional medical information is required, the patient shall provide us with permission to contact their general practitioner.
8. By receiving treatment, the patient (or their legal guardian) agrees to assume full financial responsibility for all services rendered. The patient understands that full payment is required on the day of treatment. In the event of any outstanding debt, the patient (or their legal guardian) agrees to cover all costs incurred in recovering the debt, including fees associated with debt collectors and legal proceedings.
9. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a consenting adult on the day of treatment.
10. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient who does not comply with our practice policies, including the conditions outlined above. This includes patients who exhibit rude, unruly, or violent behaviour towards our staff, whether over the phone or at our premises.
11. In order to maintain eligibility for our “NO GAP” policy, it is imperative that at the conclusion of their checkup visit, patients (or for minors, their legal guardians) must schedule their next recall appointment as recommended by the dental health professional, and attend the scheduled checkup and clean appointments.
12. Patients are allowed one reschedule opportunity. The rescheduled appointment date must fall within one month of the originally scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to this rescheduling guideline will result in the forfeiture of the “NO GAP” policy for the subsequent appointments.
13. If any appointments are missed without a 48-hour prior notice to us, the “NO GAP” policy will be forfeited.
14. We exercise the right to withdraw the “NO GAP” offer at any time.
$250 Hygiene Package
For those patients that do not have Private Health Insurance, we have our $250 Hygiene Package. This truly is an opportunity to experience dental care at its finest, without compromise.
1. Our Hygiene Package offer applies to patients that do not have Private Health Insurance.
2. The “Hygiene Package” treatments covered by this policy include:
– Check-ups/consultations (Item No. 011/012)
– Scale and cleans (Item No. 114)
– Fluoride treatments (Item No.121)
– Bitewing Xrays as required (Item no. 022 x 2)
